Tolumi Adamson is a self professed geek with a love for everything technological and digital.
I studied Mathematics with Computing for my undergradate degree and Information Technology for Ecommerce for my Msc. After schooling, I found myself in the field of Internet Marketing where I started off as a link builder and later evolved into a technical seo analyst. I now currently work as a Search Manager in charge of Content for the Betclic Everest Group.
On a typical day, when I am not at work, you will either find me
- Building a website to test out my latest theory on digital marketing and conversion techniques
- Trying to fix a computer/hard drive/tv/piece of digital equipment.
- Reading: mangas, novels, digital and technology articles
- Watching Chelsea FC
- Getting told off by my wife for not paying her any attention (Sorry Baby
)
I have been breaking and fixing computers and gadgets for over 20 years now, starting with the Intel 386 computers and MS Dos. My driving desire to understand how things work means my house is filled with all sorts of gadgets in various states of disrepair and I rarely throw things away due to a belief that I can fix it.
This is my third attempt at keeping and updating a blog, for some reason, in my attempt to de-construct a theory of some sort, my blog usually ends up being an unwitting casualty. Hopefully, third time lucky.
